Dr. Susana Maqueda

Dr. Susana Maqueda was born in Mexico, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics at the AVMA certified “Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico". She also completed two externships in United States, at the University Animal Hospital in Phoenix and at Alvarado Veterinary Clinic in Texas. She recently moved to Sudbury and  joined our clinic. She shares our vision to be committed to continuing the cycle of education and in doing so, honour the profession of veterinary medicine. She believes that by doing so, she will have the tools to advocate for the well-being of animals in both health care and ethical treatment.
